If your package encounters customs inspection/clearance, the delivery time limit will be postponed by the corresponding date.  it is normal process. 5% probability .

If the buyer has an incorrect address, does not answer the deliveryman's call, refuses to accept the goods, etc.,
we will not provide after-sales service and will refuse to refund or ship future orders.

2. International priority express only to US now (arrive within 7 days after ship)

  2.1 Extra 35 USD for 1 - 2 cups ,  Please contact with us if you want to use.

  2.2 For free for bulk order , but only support 15/20 PCS and only ship to paypal billing address. 

3. AFP/FPO address

 It is slow for AFP/FPO address , please leave KR/JP address if you have  ,it will      be faster

4. Correct address

please leave the correct address including apartment number if exist.

if item is destroyed because of wrong/incomplete address , no refund and no reship.

We will send order confirm information to your Email/your phone including shipping address.

5 . Do not support changing address after ship

if item is destroyed/lost because of changing address after ship from buyer , no refund and no reship. because forward service is beyond our service and control.

Services & Problem:

1 . 100% Authentic 

2.  We can refund or reship if the item is lost.

  2.1 Changing address after ship

  2.2 Wrong/incomplete address.

3. Please take a unopen box video and contact with us within 3 days after delivered  .

All cups have VOID sticker please make sure the sticker is on the cup when you have a problem about the cup . 

We will reject to service the cup which have no VOID sticker or cups received more than three days after delivered.

4. There is no 100% perfection in the world, Tiny manufacturer flaws are normal .  we only pick up damage/dents/broken.

5. For all items with gift boxes, the boxes may not be perfect. Because the transportation process is beyond our control 

6. For pre-order . if final item have color difference with PO picture, please refer to the final real item , because PO picture and final item are from official.
