I made an order on 3/16/23 for 256.95 for the purchase of 5 tumblers and for the 5 tumblers I order I only received one black one I know you have register on your system, it's been taking so long I really don't want them no more and I want you to refund me the difference hope to get an answer ASAP

Because 17track website only statement delivered information for first box if there are multiple boxes. no status for left boxes in one order. They admit it's their bug ,This is not sufficient reason for not receiving it.
