My cup was delivered to the wrong address. It was a lengthy process to resolve and get another one however, they were very communicative of the process and keeping me updated. Responding swiftly to all my concerns. I was very impressed and appreciative. I didn’t get to get my cup in time for what I wanted it for but when I got it I was very satisfied. It’s beautiful. Matches my lunch bag perfectly.
This cup is everything I hoped for. To a while to get here because it got hung up in New Jersey for a few weeks but it finally made it. Seller packaged it wonderfully.
